Youth Summer Sports Camps

Our Momentum Youth Sports camps are available to boys and girls of all levels who are between the ages of 6 to 15. Our main goal is to teach all our youth the importance of conditioning for the physical activity they will endure as life’s challenges come up. With both physical and mental challenges, we believe this can be done through conditioning the mind and the body to handle the rigors of what life brings your way. We believe in a warrior spirit and want to instill work ethic and tenacity in your child!

We focus on training the body in order to handle the rigors of their specific sport. We will use functional and educational training so they your child can not only excel, but they can maintain a good quality of life as they grow in or out of sports. From Baseball to golf, your child will see significant improvement in their performance.

Momentum Fitness Youth Sports Camps will be held Monday thru Friday each week during summer break beginning the week of Monday, June 1 through the week of Monday, July 27. No camp will be held during the week of Monday, June 29 in observation of the Fourth of July holiday.

What does a typical day at Sports Camp look like?

Keep in mind that this is simply an example, and the agenda for each day will vary to adapt to the number of participants, age groups and specific sport.

Early Arrival:  8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
Time for participants to have a little fun before camp begins. Please note that early arrival is not included in camp pricing.

Lunch & Hydrate: 11:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Participants are encouraged to pack a healthy lunch, and a water bottle or another form of hydration every day. 

Afternoon Skill Practice: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Learn how to be a better all-around player on and off the field. 

Morning Warm Up & Stretching: 9:00 – 9:30 a.m.
Warm up and stretching to teach participants how to protect their bodies from injury with proper warm up and stretching techniques.

Presentation Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Learn more on topics such as sports, conditioning and how to be better off the field. 

Afternoon Dismissal: 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Time to pick up your camper and hear about everything they’ve learned, and the new friends they’ve made.

Conditioning Session: 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
This will empower campers to learn how to fine tune their bodies to be a high performing athlete.

Q&A: 12:30 – 1:00 p.m.
Our coaches will use this time to answer any questions.

After Camp Care: 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Extra practice time for athletes who need after care until their parent or guardian are able to pick them up. Please note that early arrival is not included in camp pricing.

We will provide all sports equipment for each area of focus. Just show up and be ready to work!

Be prepared:

  • All Activities are done Outdoors
  • Restrooms: Available on premises
  • Be sure to pack
      • Water
      • Sunscreen
      • Lunch
      • Orthopedic Braces (as needed)
      • Athletic shoes (i.e. Running Shoes, cleats, etc.)

All coaches will be certified through our Momentum Fit program. This is a two day program that will teach the important facets of working with adolescents.

Training includes:

  • Proper class instruction for each age group
  • American Red Cross First Aid/ CPR/ AED Certification
  • Training on proper muscle movements and stretching
  • Prevention and warning signs of dehydration and exertion

Whether you’re looking to help your child grow their skills in a specific sport, or just trying to help them be more active, our youth camps include functional and educational training, but more importantly, it will show your child how to have fun while exercising and staying healthy.

Camp Pricing

Weekly

Camp registration for one athlete is $149 per week. A discounted rate may be available for athletes that participate in two or more camps.

Multiple Child Registration

For families looking to register more than one athlete, the weekly camp registration fee is discounted to $129 per week for two or more athletes (per household).

Before & After Care

We provide additional care and supervision before and after camp for athletes. This is ideal for parents who aren’t able to drop off and pick up at the normal camp arrival and dismissal times, or for those athletes who need a little extra practice time. Before and after care is $40 additional per week.
